Having 6 Shih Tzus has been a joy. Keeping them healthy and happy is my responsibility so out of necessity one of the main things that I knew I had to change was how they drink water. Any furry face pet has the same problem. Drinking from a water bowl you have a water mess on the dog and the floor. With that in mind, I give you the best thing that has helped me with my Six Pack of Shih Tzu’s.
My husband and I designed and buid, what we call a WATER POST which hold a LIXIT water bottle for them to drink from. This hold clean fresh water for the dogs at all times. Their faces stay dry and clean and so does the floor. With a regular water dish or bowl the water gets dirty and buggy and spills all over. This has help so much in being able to supply clean fresh water to my dogs. Of course it can be use for any pet that you care for. I even add ice cubes in the summer to keep the water cool for them. Spoiled, no, just loved. My husband makes the “Designer Water Post” in our garage. Come take a look at my Six Pack on my site and also the water post.
