I’ve had a lot of faithful dogs, but have been as loyal to me over the years as Old Duke.  Duke is an old bloodhound, and he has a passion for sniffing stuff out.  When I come home at night, even though I go to the same place every day, Duke spends no less than fifteen minutes smelling at my clothes.  Even after I’ve changed out of my work clothes, Duke tries to snuffle them hanging up in the closet.  I don’t know what he finds so fascinating about the office!

 Duke has never been one much for fancy clothing, but in terms of stylish dog apparel, he loves his bandanas.  Duke has a whole collection of bandanas he wears around his neck, I think it keeps him comfortable in the colder weather.  But he’s grown so attached to his bandanas that if one falls off, he just stops moving and smells it until I put it back around his neck.

It fits so good and looks so good.  Duke is my model. Just received my sample over the weekend and was very happy with the construction of the New Soft Harness.  He is wearing a size medium.  He weighs about 12 to 13 lbs.  My dogs range from 9 to 13 lbs and they all wear a medium.  It is adjustable around the belly.  Very nice and comes in a variety of colors.

Bump that beat and turn up the heat cause Franky Fresh up in this blog!  Stuff’s about to get real up in here!  Now ya’ll know my main man Shakur, my pitbull who is always shining in his fly threads.  Now Shakur don’t purchase no imitations from those fake labels ya’ll, Shakur pimps the designer dog apparel like no one else. 

Now ya’ll know Shakur’s got to have the full package, he don’t even step onto the street unless he’s fresh from nose to tail.  Shakur keeps it fly with his grill of cheddar, got some serious gold and diamonds up in that mouth, look like Jaws from James Bond ya’ll!  Shakur likes to wear them dog track jackets too, especially in baby blue.  On his feet, you know Shakur be stomping some serious err force ones!  These dog shoes are so fly that even Rick Ross want a pair but he can’t get it in his size.  Now to complete the package, Shakur’s got the bling bling for sure.  He sports a gold dog watch on his left foot, a medallion the size of a midget dragging on his neck, and a diamond ring on his tail.  Ain’t no dog out there flossing like my dog Shakur!

Yo Yo what’s up to all the dog lovers up in the house!  It’s been a long time, shouldn’t have left you, without a dope beat to step to!  Throw ya’ll hands up for your boy Franky Fresh!  Now today I’m here to tell ya’ll about a straight gangsta named Shakur.  As ya’ll know, Shakur is my pitbull, and he keeps it fly with his fresh threads and new duds.

Now Shakur and I were invited to a friend’s dog wedding, and Shakur wasn’t about to bust up in there wearing those gangsta dog clothes he’s flossing on the streets.  Shakur knows how to do it right when it comes to formal events, so he made me purchase a fresh dog vest, dog tie, and some serious alligator dog shoes.  When we got to the wedding, Shakur looked better than the groom ya’ll!  The ceremony was great, and the reception had a lot of fine hunnies.  Shakur and I bounced after about an hour and drove home to party with a car full of fine hunnies.  Ya’ll know how Shakur and I get down on the dance floor!

Yo Yo word to the people!  It’s your boy Franky Fresh, and today I want to talk about a little G with some serious style; you know I’m talking about my pitbull Shakur.  Now Shakur, named after the legend, the prophet, the philosopher Tupac Shakur who now resides in Thug’s Mansion, is a legend on the streets himself.  Shakur keeps it gangsta in his Fubu dog jacket, laced out air force ones, and a grill designed by Paul Wall himself.  But don’t think Shakur is all flash and no fight; that dog can be a stone cold killer.  I once saw Shakur get all up in a cocker spaniel’s face, chewing on his dog sunglasses, just because he barked at him from across the street; Shakur don’t take stuff from no player hater canines.   

I get questions all the time about Shakur’s wardrobe, and I tell them that he custom orders all his threads from online stores; Shakur is too real for all that store bought stuff.

My Pet Pleasures introduces “Summer”

 I would like to introduce you to “Summer”, a four month old English Bulldog and the newest and most welcome addition to the Imburgio/Alexander family. Little Summer weighs in at approximately 25 lbs. which I might add, is the average weight for a Bulldog at that age. When she reaches full maturity, she should weigh in at a grand total of 55lbs. Summer is highly inquisitive, extremely intelligent and most of all, completely lovable. Those meeting her the first time are simply won over by her face alone. It may look kind of sad, maybe even a little melancholy, but that just belies the innocence and playfulness that hides just underneath her sad little expression. This is one happy, cheerful little dog we are talking about.
          I can honestly say that if you never had the chance to own or have never encountered a Bulldog in your life, well Summer is the one that you should definitely meet. There is no doubt about it, she is a complete people dog and seems to love the attention that people give her. As a matter of fact, she seems to thrive on it. Its as if she is saying,”Hey I know I’m cute, so come on over, pet me and give me the attention a dog of my stature so richly deserves”. This is one dog that has personality written all over her.
         Now, you are probably asking yourself who’s dog is this? Well there in lies a dilemma. By all accounts, Summer belongs to Elena. After all it was her idea to get a Bulldog . But, the dog has bonded and impacted the lives of every single member of the Imburgio/Alexander household. This is a dog who gets unconditional love from all of them and they in turn get it back 10 times over. So you could say Summer belongs to all of them, equally. But in reality, they belong to Summer….

Summer is ready for the rain in her Slick Rain Coat.   This 4 month old English Bull is strutting her stuff in one our unique items.  She loves wearing her rain coat even when it is not raining.

In winter people will bundle themselves up in warm clothes including scarves, hats, mittens, stockings, and coats.  Though we all know that dogs wear their coats year round, sometimes a coat alone is not enough to ward off the winter cold.  Dogs, just like people, can contract serious conditions caused by cold including frostbite and hypothermia.  For short haired dogs especially, it’s important to have them wear sweaters or boots or at least limit their time outside.  For a larger, furrier animal, something like a fleece dog coat should suffice to keep them warm outside for a good deal of time. 

Should you see your dog shivering or stopping often outside in the cold weather, take measures to warm them up indoors.
